mina is a relatively easy character once you get the playstyle, your goal is to dominate lane, then solo lane for like 5 ish minutes to take all of your own farm, then take all of the enemy farm, if you arent fast enough, you should consider learning fast ways to clear camps as mina ------->
once you've hit your 4.8 spike, you can take t1 camps with 1 use of your rake. you're going to want to seek them earlier than that still, proc 1 lovebite, then use your rake on it to get hp, and free money. this is why mina is so strong in lane and needs to be done off cooldown, always check for the camp
to clear T2 camps, you want to hit a lovebite proc, then use cold front, and finish off with your rake, its free HP and you have such a short cooldown on it that you can just run around clearing t2's IF YOU'RE NOT DOING THIS, YOU NEED TO!!
